Eva Peskin is a performing artist and member of ANIMALS Performance Group. She has worked with many New York-based artists including Nature Theater of Oklahoma, Banana Bag & Bodice, Hoi Polloi, ANIMALS, Target Margin Theatre, Kristine Haruna Lee, Meghan Finn, for whom she has served as a performer, musician/composer, technologist, and rigorous conceptualizer. Her work has been seen at The Public Theater, Dixon Place, Incubator Arts Project, PS122, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and New York International Fringe. In addition to performance work, she writes academically about gender, queerness, performance and voice, and is a delegate at the 2014 ACS Gender Studies Conference and the 2014 International Federation for Theatre Research Conference. Eva is an M.F.A. candidate in Performance and Interactive Media Arts at Brooklyn College, and holds a B.A. in music from Barnard College.
